TECHNICAL Services

We have a flexible organization integrating a multidiscipline project team with a solid expertise in the areas of interest. We offer specialized expertise in metal extraction using new and conventional technologies related to gold processing, precious metals extraction and refining and processing of non-ferrous metals including zinc and copper.

In the environmental field, we offer extensive expertise related to development of effluent treatment plants for gases, liquids, and solids. ACSI offers the following technical services as its main line of business:

· Design and supply of industrial and acidic wastewater treatment plants with application of

high density solids for selective precipitation

· Mineral processing and transformation technology definition studies with test work and

associated reports with the assistance of specialized metallurgical laboratories in Canada

and USA.

· Scoping, Pre-feasibility and Feasibility studies and detail engineering for complete plants,

expansion or modernization projects

· Design of bulk material handling systems including conveying and storage systems

· Development of technical specifications for the procurement of process and equipment

· Special technology for environmental remediation of liquid and solid effluents with the

assistance of associate specialists

Our Team

Project Manager

The founder and Manager of ACSI is Mr. Ernest (Ernie) Burga, P. Eng. who brings solid expertise in consulting engineering services obtained through his 35 year career with consulting firms in Canada and participation in numerous projects in Canada, USA, China, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Spain, Peru and Bulgaria.
Ernie Burga, P. Eng. is a graduated Mechanical Engineer, has managed conceptual and basic engineering studies and completed CAPEX/OPEX definition for lithium processing plants and non-ferrous hydrometallurgical plants implementing acid leach extraction, solvent extraction, and metal precipitation.
As independent consultant and Owner of Andeburg Consulting Services Inc., He has obtained a unique expertise in Lithium processing technologies and plant design for Lithium Carbonate and Lithium Hydroxide production. Main clients included: Lithium Americas, Bacanora Minerals, Galaxy Lithium, Pure Energy Minerals and Allkem Minerals.
He is a qualified person (QP) for preparation of NI 43-101 Technical reports having authored related sections for lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide projects. In ACSI, he has managed and lead a team of highly specialized Metallurgists and Geologists that are QP persons and that allowed ACSI to prepare technical reports in accordance with NI 43-101 standards.

Senior Geologist

David Burga P. Eng. QP.

University Of Toronto, Canada

is an exploration geologist with over 20 years of combined mining exploration and environmental industry experience. He has worked with Canadian and Australian junior exploration companies managing projects in Canada, Peru, Chile, and Mexico. He has experience with Archean gold, IOCGs, epithermal gold and porphyry copper deposits. David has also worked on lithium brine projects in Argentina. He has extensive experience authoring NI 43-101 technical reports.

Process Specialist

David Chia, MSc., P. Eng.
Queen's University, Canada

Principal Process Metallurgist with over 35 years experience in projects and operations in Canadian and International projects in Peru and Mexico ; project studies in Argentina, Panama, Australia, South Africa.

Minerals processing and extractive metallurgy. Mainly hydrometallurgy experience in Gold/Silver, Uranium, Zinc, Copper, Manganese, Lithium, Aluminium and others.
